First, I introduced a new crafting method that allowed us to produce an outstanding surface finish in a very cost effective way. Second, I improved the audio effects by adopting a audio software solution. To lower the royalty, I cooperated with other product managers and implemented the solution with other product lines so we can negotiate the price with vendor as greater quantity. Third, I developed the lighting control application to solve user's complaint with the decorating light on the desktop. In addition, I set up a temporary support center in the company’s Taiwan headquarter to assist production on mainland China.
