I perform best when facing tough challenges. I would rather take the risk of failing, rather than feeling bored.

To pursue my passion with product, I self-taught industrial design and started my career as an industrial designer. Years later, I understand product’s success is not purely on design. Therefore, I decided to work as a product manager to broaden my horizon. I see the different perspectives to make products successful, such as marketing, cost, and quality development. I also developed good time management skills. With eagerness to elevate “user experience”, I completed the master degree in Human-Computer Interaction in the University of Michigan in 2016 and worked as a product designer since then. During the past years, I accumulated extensive design experience, including e-commerce, enterprise softwares and design systems. Currently, I work at Amazon to provide sellers with fast and reliable shipping service for their customers. I enjoyed thinking beyond the interface, and elevating experience across the customer journey.
